Dr. Qamar and his fellows conducted Teachers Training program on Teaching By Type at Baithak School Network 1 Jan – 13 Oct 2020

We believe that people are not difficult they are different and we have consulted hundreds of organizations and institutions in understanding their people & developing them in the most effective and efficient way to achieve success. We have also trained and coached thousands of individuals in government and private sector organizations in different attitude and skill building areas for achieving excellence in their respective functional domains.

Dr. Qamar recently conducted a transformative Teachers Training program at the Baithak School Network, moving beyond standard pedagogy to introduce the MBTI framework. By focusing on personality types, the program empowered educators to recognize that students process information differently based on their inherent psychological preferences. This shift in perspective allows teachers to move away from a “one-size-fits-all” model and toward a more nuanced, personalized educational experience.

Understanding personality types is essential for effective classroom management and student engagement. Dr. Qamar emphasized that when teachers identify whether a student leans toward Introversion or Extraversion, or Sensing versus Intuition, they can adapt their delivery to meet those specific needs. Using MBTI insights, educators can create a balanced curriculum that validates every student’s natural way of learning, significantly reducing friction and frustration in the classroom.

Ultimately, the initiative led by Dr. Qamar underscores that teaching by type is about more than just academic success; it is about emotional intelligence and inclusion. By leveraging MBTI strategies, the Baithak School Network is now better equipped to foster a supportive environment where students feel seen and understood. This innovative approach to professional development ensures that both teaching and learning experiences are not only enhanced but truly life-changing for the entire school community.
