The Institute of Type Development (ITD) was founded in 1986 by Mary McGuiness, who is an expert practitioner of Personality TYPE (MBTI) in Australia. With its headquarters in New South Wales, ITD promotes Jung’s Theory of Psychological Type and its application through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Since 1986, ITD has been Australia’s trusted provider for type-based training and resources for individual and corporate growth.

Dr. Qamar collaborates with ITD for the introduction and application of TYPE-Based teaching in learning institutes across Pakistan. In partnership with ITD, Dr. Qamar made TYPE-Based teaching practices accessible to over 80 teachers, now serving as certified MBTI educators in educational institutions across Pakistan.

The Management Association of Pakistan (MAP) is a non-political and non-profit organization. It was established in 1964 to connect Pakistan’s talented managers to the corporations and industries where their expertise is most valued. MAP’s mission is to promote management thought, practice, and advocacy in organizations across Pakistan. It currently works with over 250 corporate and more than 495 individual members.

Dr. Qamar routinely works with MAP and its members to advance transformational managerial practices in Pakistan’s leading companies like; Pakistan Cables, Engro Foods, Philip Morris International, State Bank of Pakistan, and several others. He encourages his clients to understand and implement TYPE-Based logical solutions for effective human resource management.
