We have also trained and coached thousands of individuals in government and private sector organizations in different attitude and skill building areas for achieving excellence in their respective functional domains.
Dr. Qamar led a highly engaging Teachers Training program at Generation School, where she introduced the MBTI framework as a tool for understanding diverse personality types within the classroom. By equipping educators with these insights, the program enhanced modern teaching techniques and classroom management strategies through a student-centered lens. This approach empowers teachers to tailor their instruction to different psychological profiles, fostering a more supportive, inclusive, and effective learning environment.
