Over the years, Dr. Qamar has inspired people with his incredible ability to observe humanity and the challenges it faces down to its intricate details. Growing up in a patriarchal society, he observed that women of Pakistan had the potential to excel and be at an equal footing to that of their male counterparts.

Dr. Qamar had the opportunity to interact with Pakistani women from all walks of life. Despite their diverse cultural and educational backgrounds, one thing was common amongst them all; the resentment of having been suppressed and the desire to excel in life.

Keeping the words of these women in mind, Dr. Qamar invented a women empowerment program, SHAAN-E-NISAA to uplift the women of Pakistan. The aim of this program is to offer self-awareness to women through MBTI assessments and workshops which will assist them with their personal development. Dr. Qamar hopes to see women rise above their traditional ranks and be the trendsetters of tomorrow.
