In 2011, with the sponsorship of Pakistan’s leading pharmaceutical companies; Macter International and Pharm Evo, Dr. Qamar had the privilege to launch his flagship project, Career Med at Dow University of Health Sciences in Karachi, Pakistan. It was an initiative designed to assist young doctors in planning and managing their careers in medicine. The pilot project lasted for 2 years and hosted several training programs for medical professionals. Each seminar of his attracted over 100 attendees. The most notable amongst them was the Development of Excellence for Doctors using MBTI.

Dr. Qamar believes that if doctors apply TYPE-based communication to their medical practice, they will be able to understand their colleagues and patients with increased effectiveness.

Dr. Qamar has designed an exclusive TYPE-based digital training platform, known as TYPE FOR DOCTORS for medical professionals, where they will learn how to plan, manage, and advance their careers in medicine.
