Program Objectives

The ICTP program aims to:

    • Equip participants with tools and techniques for personal and group personality assessments.
    • Explore Carl Jung’s psychological theories and their modern applications.
    • Introduce and apply the innovative 5-step model for personality type analysis.
    • Develop skills in personality type development, management, and talent discovery.
    • Teach the 8 cognitive functions and their roles in personality type.
    • Explore the 8 developing functions and their impact on personal growth and development.

Module 1: INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION ON PERSONALITY TYPE ASSESSMENT

In Module 1 of the ICTP program, participants delve into the foundational concepts of personality type assessment. This module provides a comprehensive understanding of individual and group personality assessments, drawing upon various methodologies and assessment tools. Participants learn to administer and interpret personality assessments effectively, gaining insights into their own personality preferences as well as those of others.

Personality Type Assessment:

Participants learn the principles and techniques of personality type assessment, including the administration of individual and group assessments. They gain hands-on experience in administering popular assessment tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Big Five Personality Test.

Introduction to Carl Jung:

Participants gain insight into the life and work of Carl Jung, one of the most influential figures in the field of psychology. They explore Jung’s contributions to the understanding of personality dynamics, including his theories on archetypes, the collective unconscious, and the eight cognitive functions.

Understanding Cognitive Functions and Preferences:

Participants delve into the concept of cognitive functions and preferences, which form the basis of personality type theory. They learn about the eight cognitive functions (e.g., Introverted Intuition, Extraverted Thinking) and how they manifest in individuals’ preferences for perceiving and judging information.

Module 2: INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION ON TEACHING BY TYPE

Module 2 of the ICTP program, ICTT, focuses on teaching strategies tailored to individual personality types. Participants explore methods to create inclusive and effective learning environments by understanding and accommodating diverse learning preferences.

The ICTT aims to:

  • Equip participants with teaching strategies that cater to different personality types, fostering engagement and comprehension among students.
  • Provide educators with the knowledge and tools to adapt their teaching styles to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Foster a deeper understanding of personality dynamics in educational settings, enabling educators to enhance student outcomes through personaliSed instruction.

Module 3: INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION ON USING TYPE IN CAREER COUNSELLING

Module 3, ITCC, in the ICTP program focuses on utilising personality type insights in career counselling. Participants delve into the application of personality assessments and theories to guide individuals in making informed career choices and navigating professional development.

The ITCC aims to:

  • Provide participants with the skills and knowledge to utilise personality assessments effectively in career counselling sessions.
  • Enable career counsellors to align individuals’ personality preferences with suitable career paths and opportunities.
  • Equip participants with strategies to support clients in exploring career options, setting goals, and overcoming career-related challenges based on their unique personality types.

Module 4: INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION ON PARENTING BY TYPE

Module 4, ICPT, within the ICTP program, is dedicated to exploring parenting techniques tailored to individual personality types. Participants learn how to leverage their understanding of personality dynamics to cultivate positive parent-child relationships and foster the healthy development of their children.

The ICPT aims to:

  • Equip participants with insights into how children’s personality types influence their behaviour, communication, and development.
  • Provide parents with effective parenting strategies that are tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each child’s personality type.
  • Foster a nurturing and supportive parenting environment where children feel understood, valued, and empowered to thrive based on their individual strengths and characteristics.

Module 5: INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION ON RELATIONSHIP COUNSELLING USING TYPE

Module 5, ICRT, in the ICTP program, focuses on relationship counselling strategies based on personality type dynamics. Participants explore how understanding personality differences can enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen interpersonal connections in various relationship contexts.

The ICRT aims to:

  • Equip participants with the skills and knowledge to assess and address relationship dynamics through the lens of personality type.
  • Provide relationship counsellors with effective strategies for helping couples navigate conflicts and improve communication based on their unique personality preferences.
  • Foster deeper understanding, empathy, and harmony in relationships by leveraging personality type insights to promote mutual respect, appreciation, and collaboration.

Module 6: INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION ON USING TYPE IN LIFE COACHING

Module 6, ICLC, in the ICTP program, is dedicated to the application of personality type insights in life coaching. Participants learn to integrate personality assessments into their coaching practice to help clients achieve personal and professional goals, enhance self-awareness, and navigate life transitions effectively.

The ICLC aims to:

  • Equip participants with the tools and techniques to incorporate personality type assessments into life coaching sessions.

Module 7, ICTO, in the ICTP program, focuses on the application of personality type insights within organisational settings. Participants explore how understanding personality types can enhance team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and overall organisational performance.

The ICTO aims to:

  • Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to apply personality type assessments in organisational contexts for improved team collaboration and productivity.
